Zhejiang Dongfang: Jin Dongjian resigns as director.

Zhejiang Dongfang announced on July 18th that the company recently received a written resignation report from director Jin Dongjian. Jin Dongjian requested to resign from his position as a director of the company due to personal work changes. After resigning, he will no longer hold any position in the company. The resignation will take effect from the date the resignation report is delivered to the company. The company will elect a new director as soon as possible according to the articles of association.
