Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: Enhancing pilot test capabilities to empower deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation.

Xie Cun, the director of the Information and Communication Development Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, expressed that pilot testing is a transitional experiment that transforms samples in the trial production stage into the production process, serving as an "intermediate station" for smooth technology innovation to market application. Our goal is to enhance the pilot testing capabilities to empower the deep integration of scientific and industrial innovation, focusing on three aspects. First, we will focus on industry layout, strengthening the regional characteristics and supporting roles of pilot testing platforms for innovation sources and industrial development clusters. Second, we will improve service efficiency by guiding pilot testing platforms to enhance industry service capabilities, releasing a high-level pilot testing platform directory and public service resource list, and speeding up the opening and sharing of pilot testing resources. Third, we will focus on result transformation, supporting the construction and development of pilot testing platforms through multiple channels, accelerating breakthroughs in the engineering of scientific achievements and industrial applications, and accelerating the formation of new productive forces.
