On July 15th, Chengdu Luqiao signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shenzhen Aibee Technology Co., Ltd. and China Civil Aviation Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. At the same time, Chengdu Luqiao's wholly-owned subsidiary Chenglu Zhihui, together with Aibee and the management team, jointly invested to establish "Jincheng Zhixing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd." This strategic cooperation and the establishment of the joint venture company will focus on the research and development and application of autonomous driving technology, promote the automatic driving solutions in civil aviation and general transportation scenarios, and build a complete closed-loop from technology research and development to commercialization; achieve multi-modal AI comprehensive solutions, promote the development of intelligent robots and artificial intelligence technology in civil aviation and general transportation fields; establish intelligent robot and autonomous driving technology data collection centers, and create a data collection factory with the full process capability of "multi-modal synchronous collection standardized automatic annotation real-time simulation feedback open data service".
