Shenzhen lifts the orange, red, and yellow rainstorm and thunderstorm warning signals in the central and western regions.

The thunderstorm clouds are gradually weakening. Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory lifted the heavy rain and thunderstorm strong wind warning signal for the central and western parts on July 18, 2025, at 12:55. Residents still need to be cautious and stay away from rivers and dangerous slopes. Currently, the orange warning signal for heavy rain and the yellow warning signal for thunderstorm strong winds are in effect in Pingshan, Yantian, and Dapeng.
