According to the QiChaCha APP, Yangzhou Oriental Yuqiong Green Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Zhang Qian as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million yuan. Its business scope includes: new material technology research and development; manufacturing of building waterproofing coil products; sales of building waterproofing coil products; manufacturing of plastic products; sales of plastic products, etc. Equity penetration displayed by QiChaCha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Oriental Yuqiong.
