The Qichacha APP shows that recently, Ziguang Health Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Yunfeng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: digital technology services; artificial intelligence application software development; artificial intelligence industry application system integration services; artificial intelligence public data platform, etc. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is fully owned by Ziguang Cloud Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ziguang Group.
