According to incomplete statistics, as of July 17th, this year, Zhongbao Insurance Asset Registration and Trading System Co., Ltd. has registered more than 40 asset support plans with a total scale exceeding 200 billion yuan, an increase of about 50% compared to the same period last year. In terms of REITs investment, more than 40 insurance institutions have participated as strategic investors in the distribution of over 10 REITs, while only 10 insurance institutions participated in the distribution of 7 REITs during the same period last year. It is not difficult to see that insurance funds are accelerating the exploration of alternative asset investment opportunities.
