Sida Semiconductor: Shareholders intend to collectively reduce their shareholding by no more than 1.12% of the company's shares.

On the evening of July 17th, Star Semiconductor announced that shareholder Zhejiang Xingdali Textile Co., Ltd., holding 12.32% of the shares, Vice General Manager Dai Zhizhan, holding 0.34% of the shares, and Vice General Manager TANG YI, holding 0.21% of the shares, plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1%, 0.08%, and 0.04% of the total share capital of the company through centralized bidding and bulk trading.
