China Power International Development Limited (02380) plans to invest approximately 310 million yuan to acquire a 31% stake in Tori Power.

Zhixin Finance APP News, China Power (02380) announced that on July 17, 2025, the company, China Power International, Pingmei Shenma Xinjiang, Xinjiang Energy, and the target company Tori Power Generation entered into a share transfer agreement. The company intends to acquire 31% equity of Tori Power Generation from Xinjiang Energy at a price of approximately 24.21 million yuan, plus an additional capital commitment of approximately 286 million yuan after delivery, totaling approximately 310 million yuan. In addition, China Power International and Pingmei Shenma Xinjiang will respectively acquire 10% and 49% of the equity of Tori Power Generation.
