At the same time, Meituan will fulfill its responsibility to the delivery partners, solidly and wholeheartedly, and aims to turn the delivery profession into a "good profession with good income, flexible time, and secure protection", bearing social responsibility. Wang Puzhong stated on the spot: "I promise that the income level of Meituan delivery partners will always stand firmly in the forefront of blue-collar workers, making everyone run with excitement and a promising future." Meanwhile, Meituan announced that it will promote pension insurance subsidies nationwide within this year, with the social security plan expected to cover over a million delivery riders.
