Announcement from Yaguang Technology: The controlling shareholder of the company, Hunan Haifei Holdings Co., Ltd., pledged its 14.5 million shares of the company on July 16, 2025, accounting for 8.42% of the shares it holds and 1.42% of the total share capital of the company. This pledge is used to supplement working capital. Haifei Holdings and its concerted action person Mr. Li Yuexian together hold 199 million shares of the company, accounting for 19.45% of the total share capital. The shares of the company held by Haifei Holdings and Mr. Li Yuexian in concert have been pledged and guarantee 198 million shares in total, accounting for 99.52% of the shares held by them and 19.36% of the total share capital of the company.
