Shanghai Lingang New Area initiates pilot program to add four new types of rental items.

On July 17, the Shanghai Lingang New Area held a ceremony for the release of policies to promote high-level institutional opening and support the high-quality development of the leasing industry. At the event, the new policy of "expanding the business scope of the Lingang New Area Financial Leasing Project Company pilot project" was officially released. This pilot project will expand the scope of leasing targets from the original projects to include new energy, power batteries, intelligent manufacturing, industrial robots and other four types of equipment. The expansion of the pilot project in these four areas is highly complementary to the strategic emerging industries of the Lingang New Area, providing a more diverse support for financing leasing services to the real economy. The business entities have been expanded to SPVs established by Jinzu nationwide in the Lingang area, which is another powerful innovative initiative supported by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission to promote the development of financing leasing in the Lingang New Area.
