Jinlihua Electric announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanxi Jinlihua Wisdom Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd., plans to invest 186 million RMB to build a production line project for 3 million pieces of extra-high voltage glass insulators per year. The project is located in the Lubei Ecological Industrial Park, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ducheng District, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, with an expected construction period of 12 months. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 3 million pieces of glass insulators. The source of funds is from its own capital and self-raised funds. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset restructuring.
