Its business scope includes: remote health management services; health consultation services; enterprise management consulting; cloud computing equipment technology services, etc. According to equity penetration of QiChaCha, the company is wholly owned by Shanghai Fosun Health Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Fosun Pharma.
