According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Xinjiang Meiteng Engineering Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Xun as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the development of network and information security software, software development, information system integration services, and research and development of new materials technology. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Tianjin Meiteng Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Meiteng Technology.
