On July 16, at the "Hubei Humanoid Robot Industry Chain Matchmaking Conference" of the Third China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo, Li Zhengxiang, Chairman of the Hubei Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, detailed the progress of the construction of the Humanoid Robot Industrial Park and the highly attractive policy support. The park focuses on the entire humanoid robot industry chain and has introduced "Ten Golden Measures" to support enterprises in their full-cycle development from research and development to marketization. According to reporters on the scene of the Expo, in order to create a globally influential cluster of humanoid robot industry, the Hubei Humanoid Robot Industrial Park officially released the "Three-Year Action Plan for the Development of the Humanoid Robot Industry" and "Several Measures to Promote the Innovative Development of the Humanoid Robot Industry", covering policies for technology research and development, whole machine manufacturing, component support, platform services, and other aspects of the entire chain. In terms of tackling core technologies, the park has set up a "Competition for Chiefs" mechanism, with individual projects eligible for up to 2 million yuan in support. In terms of platform capability building, the park supports the construction of public service platforms such as innovation centers, with a maximum annual subsidy of 10 million yuan per platform. To strengthen industry synergy, the park encourages collaboration between whole machine enterprises and component enterprises, providing a two-way incentive of up to 5 million yuan based on the sales volume as a proportion of 8%. The reporter noted that in order to attract high-level talents, the park offers housing subsidies to talents who meet the "3551" standard, with a subsidy rate of 50% of the purchase price, up to a maximum of 50,000 yuan.
