In Shenzhen, "individual to enterprise" can be directly changed without cancellation, and more than 1600 individual industrial and commercial households have completed simplified registration.

Starting from July 15th, the "Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Businesses" will be officially implemented. Detailed regulations have been formulated on core issues such as the registration of operators, the registration of business premises, and the registration of transition from individual to enterprise, which are of concern to everyone. Shenzhen has taken the lead in implementing the "Regulations", carrying out registration reform to facilitate businesses, and more than 1600 individual industrial and commercial businesses have completed the upgrade and transformation through direct changes.
