Firstly, carefully summarize the practical experience of the past two years, solidify good practices, and form long-term mechanisms. Secondly, continue to make great efforts to revitalize existing patents, do everything possible to improve the quality of new patents, and continuously strengthen the quality foundation of patent transformation. Thirdly, based on the effect of the back-end patent transformation, continuously improve the front-end patent application and examination policies, form a feedback mechanism, establish a closed-loop work system, and achieve a virtuous cycle.
