UBS: Raises target price of Swire Properties (01972.HK) to 23 Hong Kong dollars, reiterates "buy" rating.

According to the Wisdom Financial app, UBS released a research report stating that Swire Properties (01972.HK) benefited from improvements in the fundamentals of office leasing in Hong Kong and retail business in mainland China. It reiterated its "buy" rating and raised its target price from 18.1 Hong Kong dollars to 23 Hong Kong dollars.
