Shen Changyu, director of the State Intellectual Property Office, said at the press conference on the theme of "high-quality completion of the '14th Five-Year Plan'" organized by the State Council Information Office that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the State Intellectual Property Office will promote the promulgation of regulations on supervision and management of trademark agencies, organize the completion of re-registration of trademark agencies, guide the agency industry to shift from "price competition" to "quality competition", and prevent industry homogenization and vicious competition.
