Shen Changyu, Director of the State Intellectual Property Office, introduced at the "High-Quality Completion of the '14th Five-Year Plan'" series of themed press conferences held by the State Council Information Office on July 17th that currently, there are 483 national-level intellectual property public service agencies, achieving full coverage at the provincial level.
