The new research and development center of MBT Climate, a division of Midea Group specializing in building technology, has opened in Padova, Italy.

According to the news from the Midea Group, the new MBT Climate Research and Development Center was officially unveiled in Padua, Italy, with the aim of creating an international benchmark in the field of HVAC. As a business unit of Midea Building Technology in Europe, MBT Climate integrates Midea Building Technology's European business, Clivet, and ARBONIA Climate. The new R&D center in Padua has a total investment of approximately 12 million euros, equipped with cutting-edge technology and high-standard laboratories, bringing together a multidisciplinary team of engineers, researchers, and technical experts, focusing on natural and environmentally friendly refrigerants, smart energy management systems, and other cutting-edge low-carbon technologies.
