On the evening of July 16th, Wanguo Data announced that the Southern Wanguo Data Center Closed-End Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund had successfully completed its public offering, raising a total of 2.4 billion RMB. The offering was well received by the market, with a subscription ratio of 456 times for retail investors and 166 times for institutional investors. Due to the enthusiastic response, the public offering was closed early, demonstrating investors' high recognition of high-quality digital infrastructure assets. It is expected that the Southern Wanguo Data Center REIT will be officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in early August this year.
