Bayer Supervisory Board Extends CEO Bill Anderson's Contract until 2029

Bayer's Supervisory Board announced on July 16 that it has unanimously decided to extend the contract of CEO Bill Anderson until March 31, 2029. His original contract was set to expire on March 31, 2026. Anderson joined Bayer on April 1, 2023, and was appointed CEO on June 1, 2023.
