The company failed to fully and promptly disclose in the "Detailed Equity Change Report" disclosed by Golden Hair Raby Maternal and Child Products Co., Ltd. on June 17, 2025, the situation where Shanghai Yuanyi Chengwu Technology Co., Ltd., the ultimate controlling entity of the company, has been judicially ordered to be liquidated.
