Among them, it is proposed to give full play to the advanced manufacturing industry base advantages of the Economic and Technological Development Zone, and guide key core equipment and device manufacturing companies to gather. Support upstream industry enterprises to focus on the personalized needs of the quantum technology field, carry out key research and development on key core equipment such as ultra-high vacuum systems, extremely low-temperature systems, microwave/laser measurement and control systems, high-voltage electron beam exposure machines, high-performance lasers, low-noise amplifiers, single-photon detectors, modems, qCMOS cameras, etc., and land special equipment, component production lines to promote the independent controllability of key core equipment and devices for quantum technology; Encourage companies to explore and expand the preparation, testing, production, and other supporting capabilities suitable for quantum technology products on the basis of existing trial lines, pilot lines, production lines, to meet the R&D, small-batch trial production, index testing and other needs of quantum technology companies, and accelerate the industrialization of quantum technology from the laboratory. In accordance with relevant policies of the Economic and Technological Development Zone, support will be provided to new construction and technological renovation projects that meet the conditions.
