The Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee issued the "Several Measures of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone to Promote the Development of Quantum Technology and Industry". The "Measures" encourage enterprises to conduct research and development around quantum computing software and hardware products such as chips, integrated machines, cloud platforms, software compilers, simulators, quantum communication networks, security algorithms, quantum sensors, quantum state control, and key material preparation. In the field of quantum technology, a number of "Leading Projects" will be arranged; a fund for research and development of disruptive technologies will be established to explore and select a number of forward-looking and leading early-stage innovative projects, providing a one-time support of up to 2 million yuan.
