The Zhtng Finance APP reported that Fenavin (00933.HK) has announced that from June 20, 2025 to July 16, 2025 (including the first and last day), the acquirer will further acquire a total of 28.757 million shares of Li Ning Company on the public market through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with a total consideration of approximately 455 million Hong Kong dollars (excluding stamp duty and related expenses). The average price per share of the acquired shares is approximately 15.83 Hong Kong dollars.
