Holdings (08126) has announced that on July 16, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary German Automobiles Limited (borrower) entered into a loan agreement with Allied Profit Corporation Limited (lender), wherein the lender agreed to provide the borrower with a maximum of 3 million Hong Kong dollars in fixed-term loans.
