Koyun Wisdom Announcement: Recently, Koyun Energy Investment Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary, received a legal document "Civil Complaint" delivered by the Xuanwu District People's Court of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. From July 8, 2020 to July 21, 2021, Koyun Energy Investment Company successively deposited fixed-term deposits at the Nantong Branch of Pudong Development Bank. The plaintiff, Pudong Development Bank Nantong Branch, believes that the first defendant, Sheng Mou, and the second defendant, Koyun Energy Investment Company, were both at fault in the process of handling relevant business, causing harm to the plaintiff's civil rights and interests, and should bear tort liability. At the same time, the two defendants should bear joint liability for the plaintiff's losses.
