China Chengtong Development Group (00217.HK) subsidiary signs after-sales leaseback agreement with Baosteel Desheng Stainless Steel.

Wisdom Finance APP News, China Chengtong Development Group (00217.HK) announced that on July 16, 2025, Chengtong Financing Leasing (an indirectly fully-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a sale-and-leaseback agreement with the lessee (Baosteel Desheng Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.). According to this agreement, Chengtong Financing Leasing will purchase leasing assets from the lessee and then lease them back to the lessee. The lease term is 5 years, but may be terminated early based on the terms and conditions of the sale-and-leaseback agreement.
