Jiawei Meikang: China Life Chengda reduces holding of 4.1276 million shares.

Jiahe Meikang announcement, the shareholder with more than 5% of the shares, China Life Chengda Health Industry Equity Investment Center's reduction plan has been completed. Before the reduction, China Life Chengda held 16.81 million shares of the company, accounting for 12.22% of the total shares. After the reduction, the number of shares held decreased to 12.6845 million, and the shareholding ratio dropped to 9.22%. This reduction involved a total of 4.1276 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 3% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction price range was between 23.05 and 30.25 yuan per share, with a total amount of 105 million yuan.
