Chai Gaochao, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Linfen City, Shanxi Province, was arrested on suspicion of bribery.

According to the Shanxi Provincial People's Procuratorate, the investigation into the case of Chai Gaochao, the former Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Linfen People's Congress in Shanxi Province, suspected of bribery, has been concluded by the Shanxi Provincial Supervisory Commission and transferred to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution. After being designated by the Shanxi Provincial People's Procuratorate, the case is now being reviewed and prosecuted by the Changzhi City People's Procuratorate. Recently, the Changzhi City People's Procuratorate made an arrest decision against Chai Gaochao on suspicion of bribery. The case is currently under further investigation.
