(referred to as "Haishuoli") held by KEM TECH CORP. with 2 billion Korean won. At the same time, Medikay plans to acquire 100% equity of INNOWAVE VIETNAM CO., LTD. (referred to as "INNOWAVE VIETNAM") held by INNOWAVE CO., LTD. (referred to as "INNOWAVE") with 1 billion Korean won through its wholly-owned subsidiary MDK KOREA CO., LTD. (referred to as "MDK KOREA"). The total amount of the two transactions is 2.1947 million US dollars.
