Wistron will invest $45 million in its US subsidiary to expand production lines.

Wistron's board of directors has approved a $45 million investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary WisLab, an electronic manufacturing services company, and the expansion of production lines in California. The company has also approved the subsidiary to allocate up to $55.9 million for factory renovations to meet the demand for artificial intelligence server business. Wistron's factory in Texas is expected to begin mass production of artificial intelligence servers in the first quarter of 2026.
