Medikai: Intends to acquire 100% equity of Haishuo Li Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. and INNOWAVE VIETNAM CO., LTD., with a total transaction amount of 2.1947 million US dollars.

Medik announced that the company plans to acquire 100% equity of Haesook Lightech Co., Ltd. held by KEM TECH CORP. for 2 billion Korean won; at the same time, Medik plans to acquire 100% equity of INNOWAVE VIETNAM CO., LTD. held by INNOWAVE CO., LTD. for 1 billion Korean won through its wholly-owned subsidiary MDK KOREACO.,LTD. The total amount of the two transactions is 2.1947 billion USD, and the funds will be sourced from Medik and its wholly-owned subsidiary's own funds or self-raised funds.
