Zhitan Finance APP News, Hainan Mining (601969.SH) announced that the company signed a memorandum of understanding with AJLAN & BROSCOMPANY FOR MINING (referred to as "Ajilan Mining") in July 2024, to discuss the feasibility of cooperation on the construction of a lithium salt plant project in Saudi Arabia and the establishment of an industry fund. The memorandum of understanding is valid for one year from the date of signing.
