On July 16, there were two residential land auctions in Nanjing, located in Jiangning District and Luhe District respectively. Both parcels were sold at the reserve price, with a total transaction value of 1.994 billion yuan. One parcel was acquired by Beijing Fangxing Yicheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. at a reserve price of 1.549 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 11,997 yuan per square meter. The other parcel was acquired by Nanjing Longyue Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. at a reserve price of 445 million yuan, with a transaction floor price of 7,852 yuan per square meter.
