Recently, Rugao Rural Commercial Bank released the progress report of the 26th listing guidance work, once again shining a spotlight on issues such as frozen equity pledge and equity held by proxy. It was found that this year, many securities firms have disclosed progress reports on the listing guidance work of banks, with issues such as non-compliant shareholding ratios and insufficient asset confirmation becoming hurdles encountered by many banks in the process of pursuing an IPO. Currently, 15 banks are in the listing guidance record period, some of which have been on record for more than 14 years, releasing 61 guidance reports. Industry insiders say that some banks have a strong desire to go public, and sorting out equity relationships and crossing compliance thresholds will be crucial in determining whether they can successfully go public.
