Wisdom Financial APP news, British Mass Group (08136) announced that on July 15, 2025 (after trading hours), the buyer Project Across Company Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary) entered into a purchase agreement with the seller East Asia Industrial Co., Ltd. In accordance with this agreement, the buyer has agreed to purchase and the seller has agreed to sell the property located at 3-19-6 Tachibanami, Nishinari-ku, Osaka City, Japan, for a price of 33 million Japanese Yen (equivalent to approximately 1.749 million Hong Kong Dollars).
