The company plans to issue shares to Step High Investments at a price of 25.46 yuan per share. Step High Investments plans to subscribe to no more than 33.3857 million shares of A shares (including this number) through cash. The total amount of funds to be raised from this issuance to specific targets is not more than 850 million yuan, which is intended to be used entirely for replenishing working capital after deducting issuance expenses.
