Journalists learned at the press conference of the Ministry of Education on the 15th that China is currently developing the "Certification Standards for Training Outstanding Engineers". This standard is the basis for ensuring the transition of training outstanding engineers from "model rooms" to a broader team. It is reported that the China Joint Alliance for Training Outstanding Engineers, guided by the Ministry of Education and four other departments, has developed an index system covering the entire process of integrated education and training for outstanding engineers, including topics such as "college positioning and organization", "quality assurance and continuous improvement", "collaboration and openness", "engineer training", "faculty team construction", and "engineer career development".
