On the 15th local time, the office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights stated that at least 875 people have been killed at aid distribution points in the Gaza Strip in the past six weeks. The vast majority of the deaths occurred near aid points operated by the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation," supported by the United States and Israel. The spokesperson for the office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Tamim Kitan, told the media that as of July 13, 674 people had died near the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" aid points, with another 201 people dying near aid convoy routes operated by the United Nations and its partners. It is understood that the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" relies on a private American security and logistics company to deliver supplies to Gaza, mostly bypassing the humanitarian coordination mechanism led by the United Nations. The "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" began distributing food in Gaza at the end of May this year. The Israeli Defense Forces previously stated that the military is reviewing a large number of casualties near recent aid distribution points and has taken measures to reduce conflicts between Palestinian civilians and the military.
