Smart Finance APP News, TATA Health (01255.HK) announced that Ms. Su Jiamin has submitted her resignation as the company's company secretary, and will no longer serve as the authorized representative (authorized representative) under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) and as the authorized representative (legal process agent) for receiving legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong, as stipulated in Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong legislation and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules, both effective from July 15, 2025.
