Starbucks will require North American employees to work in the office four days a week.

Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol issued a company-wide memo on July 14th, local time, announcing that employees will be required to increase their days working in the office from three to four days a week. This policy will apply to the company's support centers in Seattle and Toronto, as well as its offices in North America, and will take effect at the beginning of the new fiscal year. Niccol also stated that Starbucks will offer cash compensation to employees who choose to resign.
