State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission initiates the program for nurturing skilled workers in central state-owned enterprises, aiming to train approximately 150 individuals each year.
Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council issued the "Implementation Plan for the Cultivation of Craftsmen in Central Enterprises," launching the project to cultivate craftsmen in central enterprises and promote the construction of a first-class team of industrial skilled workers. This project plans to cultivate around 150 craftsmen in central enterprises every year and aims to cultivate around 1,500 craftsmen in central enterprises by 2035.
