Zh Tng Cijng APP News, Huatai Securities (601688.SH) issued an announcement, the company recently received the China Securities Regulatory Commission's reply on approving the registration of Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. to publicly issue corporate bonds to professional investors (CSRC Approval [2025] No. 1342). According to the reply, the CSRC approved the company's registration application to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding 40 billion yuan to professional investors. The approval is valid for 24 months from the date of registration approval, and the company can issue corporate bonds in installments during the registration validity period.
