Zhongsheng Gaoke (002778.SZ) announced that on July 15, 2025, the company received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Suzhou Wu Zhong Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and its concerted action party, Suzhou Wu Zhong District Tian Kai Huidato Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Tian Kai Huidato"), that Tian Kai Huidato is planning to transfer its 22.35% stake in the company at a price of 2.5 billion yuan, which may result in a change of control of the company. The counterparty of this transaction is Fuzhou Qianjing Investment Co., Ltd., which is a platform company mainly engaged in investment business by Mr. Weng Shengjin and Ms. He Cong, who are the actual controlling persons. This equity change still needs to go through the relevant procedures for agreement transfer.
