Zhtng Cijng APP News, Runmide-B (02297) announced that (i) Mr. Huo Yunfei resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of the company due to internal management adjustments and no longer serves as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee effective from July 15, 2025; (ii) Mr. Lv Yonghui resigned as an executive director due to internal management adjustments, effective from July 15, 2025; and (iii) Ms. Gu Yang resigned as an executive director and vice president of the company due to intending to perform other duties and needing to spend more time caring for her family, and no longer serves as a member of the company's Remuneration Committee, effective from July 15, 2025. After resigning, (i) Mr. Huo will continue to be the Chairman of the Board, an executive director, and the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and (ii) Mr. Lv will continue to be Co-Chief Executive Officer.
