The Smart Finance APP reported that Mr. Kuan Ka Man, a representative of Long Emperor Group (08493.HK), announced his resignation as the company's company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 5.14 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from July 15, 2025.
